When You Cry

It starts to come when someone dies,
The pain you feel as your eyes swell
And tears fill up in the wells.
The burn starts to choke you up,
Words come out slow and shaken.
You close your eyes and wonder why,
That there's a burning when you cry.
When Owen left it felt like hands around my throat
I couldn't talk,
I couldn't see,
The burn overwhelmed me.
My heart is heavy,
This is why you get the burn when you cry.
It digs down deep
And you can not sleep.
You toss and turn in your sheets,
Awaken with sobs and wet pillow cases.
You wonder aimlessly looking to the sky,
You feel the burn when you cry.

Al Snow Al Snow:
Mere words cannot begin to convey my feelings of loss for Owen Hart and for his family. Owen was a very good man, a dear friend, and a great father and a good husband. Owen was a rare person in this business and will be sorely missed, not just by me but by all of us. We love you Owen.

Scott TaylorScott Taylor:
You know, before I got into wrestling, when I watching as a kid Owen Hart had just come into the WWF as the Blue Blazer and I always said I'd like to be like Owen Hart some day. And the funny thing is now that I'm with the WWF I still say that I'd like to be like Owen Hart some day. People always ask me, do you get a chance to meet people that you looked up to when you were a kid, and I say yeah I've met Owen Hart and he's definately surpassed what I have ever expected of him.

Paul WightPaul Wight:
I just wanted to tell Owen's family that my heart and my prayers are with them. I'm relatively new here, but in the short time that I was here, I was made very welcome and very much a part of the WWF by Owen. Always smiling and very, very kind to me and forever in my heart, I'll always remember him for that. Being a sports entertainer and a fan I know I will personally miss Owen a great deal.

Time WhiteTim White:
I've known Owen since he came to the World Wrestling Federation. I had a nickname for Owen, I called him friendly, because that's exactly what he was. Owen was kind and gracious to everyone he met, inside and outside the business. Owen was a great wrestler, a great talent, but way above that he was a great family man. His family, all his life, he put that first. My heart and prayers go out to all his family. Owen, you were my friend, and I'll miss you forever.

Michael HayesMichael Hayes:
I think one of the best things that anyone can say about Owen Hart is that no one had anything bad to say about him. And in this day and age there's not many people that you san say that about. You'll hear numerous stories about Owen was one of the greatest performers this industry will ever see. You'll even hear more stories about what a great sense of humor he had, and he was the greatest practical joker. But, the best thing about Owen Hart is that he was what a real man is, that means taking care of his family. Owen Hart was a great husband, Owen Hart was a great father. Owen, we love you, we're gonna miss you. God bless you, God bless your family.

IvoryIvory:
I'd like to give a shout out to Owen Hart's wonderful family. Who I met in Calgary on our last tour there, what a beautiful gang. Oje was playing dolls with all the wrestling dolls his daddies included. Those are the people that are on my mind most right now and I hope that we can all come together, his group and family, and be there for them. Owen, you're a wodnerful, wonderful man and we're gonna miss you a lot.
